Deadlines

     •     Request for financial support: December 31, 2017

We will notify whether the application for financial support has been approved by January 15th, 2018.

The selected participants will receive a reimbursement up to approximately 500 €, after presentation of the receipts for accommodation and/or travel. Every participant is supposed to take care of his/her own reservations. Since Rome is a very touristic city, we strongly suggest to reserve the accommodation as soon as possible.
